Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once processed, orders are handed off to our supplier or shipping carrier.

Occasionally, during peak demand or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Destinations & Methods

We ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping is fulfilled by a third-party supplier (dropshipping), so the shipping origin may differ from store to store.

Shipping options: Standard Shipping (default), and Express / Rush Shipping (if available) for a faster delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: typically 5–15 business days after dispatch (depending on supplier and distance).

Express / Rush shipping: approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch (when available).

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Unexpected delays (customs clearance, courier issues, public holidays) may cause shipments to take longer than estimated.
